State fair grounds
Across from the farigrounds on george rogers blvd before you get to shop amd key roads
This week the fairgrounds will be being used by workers setting up for the State Fair which begins on the 11th
Only certain lots let you park an rv. Call the ticket office they should have a list. Fair grounds is a good place to tailgate but you can not park an rv there
The armory
The Fairgrounds is the closest place. I would contact the Gamecock Club or athletic department before you want to go...at least 2 weeks. Parking an RV and going to a game takes planning!

Yeah Rob is right the RV lot is hard to miss. The only,issue are trains all through the night. Bring your ear plugs.
