The service representative in the and the service department are to slow on fixing out door parking lots. They were not very helpful. I feel very unsafe walking at night. I called them and reported it. They said that it would be up 10 days. The 10 days have come and gone. I am not the only customer to reported it. If I could rate them I would rate them a zero.

Just got off the phone with customer service and I'm highly disappointed. My issue was not resolved- my bill is way too high and I never have the HVAC on but I'm paying almost $200 month which is ridiculous. A survey needs to be conducted regarding the customer service reps and their ability to actually resolve a customers issue. But if the bill is not paid I face a disconnect. Why can't someone take a look at my meter?!?! When trying to reach customer service - wait times are over 1 hour.. unbelievable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. They hit you with hidden fees. Had to pay a fee last month for a return check just to turn around and have to pay another fee on the very same issue. If your looking to live somewhere and they use Dominion Energy, do yourself a favor and don't live there.
