The tip on the order is usually for the restaurant, so a tip to the driver will be different, unless otherwise noted
I ate in so I'm not sure. I'd think tipping the driver would be best to ensure he or she actually gets the tip.
It would be better to tip the driver. Why tip if you aren't going to sit in.
