Tried this place when I was in Chesapeake,VA and had the best drink and experience so on my way home I decided to stop here because they don't have this in my area.... Selene, who rung us up and made our drink was very rude and just acted like a customer showing up is just a huge inconvenience for her.... to make it worse I believe she purposely watered down our smoothies! I heard her coworkers telling here how it's only 2 pumps of water that go in my drink and she insisted it was 3. Needless to say, mine and my husbands Bahama Mama was watery, disgusting and tasted like strawberry water. Very unhappy, paid 12 dollars just to have 3 sips and throw away. Do not recommend this location!

The customer service was amazing! Smoothies always taste great. Guy at register was so friendly even though he’s been here since 6am! Give him a raise.

Absolutely terrible experience. This place is an embarrassment to the Tropical Smoothie Franchise. The workers do not care about the customers at all. They “forget” to make smoothies and will throw together the sandwiches sloppily. This is my 3rd time to this location and every single time I leave angry and disappointed in the service and quality of food. Never will I return. Everyone else should go somewhere else or go to Smoothie King to get a quality smoothie. The last time I went, the workers didn’t make my smoothie and made the next 5 people’s smoothies. At that point, I asked about mine and was told that I never ordered one, even though I had the receipt. Then they said, “we’ll take care of it” and after 10 more minutes of waiting, they still hadn’t made my smoothie so I left. Absolutely terrible place. Workers are rude.

Nice little place to go. I love their smoothies, the cleanliness and the efficiency of the staff. They prepare your food VERY fast and I have been pleased with my orders thus far. Also the meals are kid friendly...smoothies sandwiches no fried food. Try them out..
