Good customer service and that's about it. Bought 5 frozen meals to try their meal planning. All were bland and not good, I was hungry but didn't want to finish them. Rice had freezer burn. Meat was low quality and mush. $7 or $9 a meal. I wouldn't recommend unless you really, really don't care what your food tastes like and are just looking at cals and macros.

I've been getting my meals here for the past 3 weeks. Tamara was very helpful in helping me with the meal plan. I now look forward to my weekly journey to pick up my meals at this location. Food is rather tasty and nutritious.

Been going for years. Perfect meals to take to work and the dine in cafe is awesome too. Much more variety and better taste than freshly and some of the other online mail services.
