Yes there are elevators for patrons.

As you walk in the front of the Township elevator is located to the right.

There is a cargo elevator backstage that goes from the basement to the stage level and vice versa. There is definitely another one in the auditorium to go to the balconies somewhere as well, but i can't remember exactly where that is. I haven't spent much time outside of backstage you know :)
