Yee, they do except reservations. You don't need a reservation, but very handy for peak hours during season. They still keep some table available for walkins, but you could have a hefty wait. Russell's is a favorite for locals because of the great food at a reasonable price!!

I did not need a reservation. Walked in and was seated. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating.
