Lovely outdoor deck. Only waited 15 minutes for a party of 6 on a Saturday night. Food was delicious!

We had the shrimp cocktail for appetizer, seafood platter and shrimp platter for our meal. The food was very good, we left full. I think water should be offered with the meal. I personally don't like acholic beverages with my meal. Over all it was the gem we have heard so much about.

Yes, there are several. The Gulfstream across the inlet on S Waccamaw is another good choice.
Yee, they do except reservations. You don't need a reservation, but very handy for peak hours during season. They still keep some table available for walkins, but you could have a hefty wait. Russell's is a favorite for locals because of the great food at a reasonable price!!
No smoking allowed inside. Most restaurants don't allow smoking anymore. I only know of one.

Same practices as every other resturant. Wear mask until seated. If getting up put mask on.
Don't know about Georgetown, but Pawleys Island Seafood Market at 10517 Ocean Highway is our favorite place to shop for freash fish and shrimp. Great people, fair prices, nice selection.
