Platelets are once every two weeks
If you donate whole blood, you can do so every 60 days, more or less. If you only donate red blood cells, you can only donate every 120 days. I don't recall the frequency for platelet (only) donations. Call them at their downtown office (Bull st.), they will be happy to let you know. Or use their app, it has the info.
