Paid off loan, Sept 2019. Bank mails to them Oct 19. 😎 July 2020, still no deed/satisfaction of loan. After being ignored by multiple messages. Finally had to call Governors office, after calmly telling many No's, to offered phone numbers I already knew. I said, " I want to complain to the Governor directly." She sweetly says, " Oh! I can do that." Takes my complaint, while she typed it in. Week later. Deeds dept. calls me, and I have my deed in 3 days. Should I have called the Governor first?

Rob and Sharon were amazing at their jobs, even during the last half-hour of work on the last day of the week ( which also happens to be the last day of the year). They were very pleasant, well-informed, patient, and had just the right amount of wit coupled with a dose of empathy to make the process we were completing bearable, even fun. They took the time to walk us through the hard-to-understand forms we had to complete. Kudos to them both! The experience was not what we expected from what we assumed it would be based on the stereotypical government customer service agent.
