Yes they do, when I went I purchased 2 tires for $60, my tires are a different size then yours, not sure if the price is different on size, but they are fast and if you have a problem with the tire they will fix it.
Im not sure if they mount used tires but im sure they can they sell new and used tires in all sizes but I bought 2 new ones.they were put on nice and fast.I love them
