If I could give this place 0 stars I would… Karen AKA THE OWNER JESSICA JOHNSON is a TERRIBLE human being along with being very unprofessional. This woman accused me of LYING about getting a text message, called the cops on me & LIED saying I was being disorderly and cussing at her. She is an ugly individual that’s why the cops didn’t even take her seriously and laughed too! Don’t go to this Plato’s! It’s not worth the Karen (headache).

Giving this place a one star is being generous. I brought my clothes to this place to sell them but they passed on some of them so when I picked up the remainders. The next day my boyfriend went to the Platos Closet in Sandy Springs and they took the remainder items with no problem. The one in roswell is not very organized as on their website they say that you get money on the spot which isn’t true, they make you wait a day. When I mentioned this to them, they said it might be the location and I showed them proof that it showed that it was under the Roswell location and then she went quiet and had nothing to say… I recommend going to another place as I have and I get paid way more than I would at Platos Closet as their is computer generated. Something that they would offer $30 at Platos, they would offer me $50 at the place I go to now.

TIMOTHY “BEEZIE” BEEMAN

Just needed to get a few bucks to cover gas until I get my 1st check from my new job. Without giving a guesstimation or receipt, they offer me a crackhead amount. It was painfully humiliating to be given next to nothing for things that I loved enough to once buy and wear. I had no choice but accept that pocket lint. I will NEVER go there again
