Civic Center does not renew passports. Walk in at Civic center (check hours online) or go to the USPS site and make an appointment at a nearby post office. We had luck booking an appointment at Corte Madera post office as a back up if the wait time for the Bellam office was long. If you haven't already had your pictures taken the Walgreens (anywhere). The photo shoot in Strawberry is a bit more expensive for pictures but they were terrific with my nervous kiddo.
Not at this location...try the large Post Office on Bellam near 101 and 580.
