I am a loyal Target customer and used their car pickup service all through covid. Unfortunately it has gotten so there is ALWAYS an item or items missing from my order that do not make it to my car and require a 2nd visit for me to get them. This is sadly a service that is no longer working for me. Their employees need to read the order and make sure that all items are loaded on their carts when they leave the store to deliver them to customers waiting outside.

I wanted to see other game controllers so I asked for someone to open the case. She said I don’t know then ignored me and walked away. I was then told by someone stocking who claimed they didn’t work there and worked for Mattel that I should push the button which I did and no one ever came. Horrible service.

The store is really good but if you try to call any of the store department or guest service, calls never go through.
