It could have been that thete were several with the same movie playing and you got in the wrong
I'm not sure what you're really asking. Were you there at 10:30? Did the movie started late? Did it start early? Did you ask for a refund? Are you saying that the published times on the website do not match the actual times that movies run? Could you please clarify?
You should have requested a refund immediately, why wait?
I suggest that you get the receipt or poof of purchase of the online ticket and bring it to manager of the theater.
