Is the bridge open

I have been shut out since yearly Friday morning.No Power no att mobile or land line.How ever the GW Bridge did close down right after 9 11. I think you could walk across after a while.They didn't charge my E-ZPass Thanksgiving that year. I think that was the last day they has free passes.But all of NYC and the country was in shock.
