We feel so thankful that we found this veterinary clinic for our precious little fur babies. The staff at the front reception, the doctors assistance and the doctor herself all are devoted to making sure you feel comfortable with trusting them to your pets care. Really appreciate that so much

Dr. Han is really caring and has taken really good care of my dog! Even during emergencies they have been able to make sure my dog is well.

I’m more than 7+ years customer here, it’s time to switch my vet. They charged me extra and unnecessary follow up visit- doctor took brief view of my dog and charged more than $100 (disposing cotton stick cost more than $60)

Unfortunately, we did not had a good experience with Dr Nazar, , it is our opinion that when doctor ( vet ) is accredited to issue a veterinarian health certificate for intl travel, web site of such clinic must have at least a basic info about the process, so clients can come prepared , because it did not we had to learn about a long complicated process on a spot, getting upset and frustrated since we could not digest complicated info fast enough to be able to make a few important decisions, veterinarian was 45 min late,. he offered no apologies or any reasonable explanation why he was late ; clinic today did not had many patients! we also think that this doctor has a minimal explanation skills which lead to miscommunications that lead to a 3 long hours to complete the process of one piece of paper ! we were ,charged 300 plus dollars for an exam and as said one piece of paper ; we felt upset, exhausted not only for overpriced visit, but for a wasted day, needless to say that our cat was under hi stress waiting for one piece of paper to long we will be talking to an agency who accredited this veterinarian, we think that he has to learn how to patiently explain the process in person ,provide basic info on the clinic website or stop providing health certificates! thank you for finally giving us one piece of paper, we think that this doctor ( vet ) have a great skills to upset us, at the end of the visit he made bad accusations towards us upsetting us even more! we wont be back, we think that Dr Nazar is driving good clients off the clinic instead of changing his ' short 'approach! one more thing we were the clinic for 3 plus hours and NO ONE OF THE STUFF offered our cat a water and thats says a lot ! we wont recommend this clinic to anyone! they ve lost our trust ,we think that they have to learn to respect ALL clients ,their pets ! learn a HUMANITY ! --------we read the reply from the owner LOL then we read all negative reviews on yelp and 16 plus negative reviews on google as well, learning that Dr N vet that upset us is a possibly the owner of this 'place; LOL if we read all negative reviews prior to visit , we would ve never made the appointment to begin with! by reading all negative reviews we have learn that 'the place' is way to over priced, prioritizing the money ! we think that care, love re not there! We are done with this 'place ' End of discussion!
