Q44 at west farms sq train station

You have to get off at West farm square take the q44 takes you to Jamaica Queens

Q44 SBS on E.180th St

No, you'd probably have to take the (5) to Baychester Ave. and then from there get ro Co-op City and i think there is a Bus from there
