No fee to access beach but there is a parking fee. Meter & dashboard ticket system. If I recall correctly it was $2 per hour. EDIT: I saw someone mention residency and I hadn't thought about that. I am Brookhaven resident. Not sure what the protocol is for non-residents. To be fair, last time I went, no one was checking at entry.
If you are from the town, you can get in with a sticker. Visitors need to pay for parking.
