High $400s for totally updated 1's 5' 6' and 10's Mid to high $300s for totally updated 2's through 9's excluding the 5 &6 in the stack. Hope that helps. We love the Princess it has the best views and friendly people.
Depends upon locstion in stacks floor, updates, remodels. Mine mid $300's.
Can't say there is an averge price. Depends on what floor and condition of unit. Mine is around high 200s.
