Very nice 55+ community. Well maintained mostly older mobile homes. Amenities include pool, hot tub, large rec room, gym and more. Ideally located close to beaches.

Nice quiet community, friendly folks. Well maintained, I now live here. What a mistake! I put my up home for sale located a buyer. I had to leave for Colorado so I listed it with the park. THIEVES! I obtained the buyer! They never advertised nor showed my home. I agreed to a 3% commission for them to handle the transaction BUT CHRIS TOOK A FULL 6%! OVER $7000.00! I am not done dealing with them! They prey on seniors making them pay for lawn care and replacement and well repairs! These people are greedy CROOKS!

You can go on line and look for homes for sale. No renting you must by your home and pay lot rent. You must be 55 years and up and be approved to live in Pine Lake Village I have lived here for 18 years. Your lot rent does pay for trash pu and Comcast cable is in your lot rent $585.00 as of May 1st 2018. It is a very up scale a very nice place to live the pool is always tested Dailey hot tub Exercising room library many dinners at the club bring a dish then they will have a caterer dinners with bring yob entertainment 12.00 very reasonable playing all different card games bingo on Wednesday 7:00. Awesome community. $630 a month. Well managed and maintained. You simply couldnt settle into a better place. Everything you need is just minutes away.

Pine lake village is a Mobile home park it has everything pool hot tub pool room library card games bingo dinners and dancing beautiful clubhouse you own your own home you pay lot rent it is for the 55 and up you fill out application to be approved to live in PLV it is a upscale community' and every resident is proud to live here some are snow birds some are full time residents we are on line so you can see what homes are now available I have lived here for 20 years and I love living here.
$585 for a non-lakefront lot. Water and lawn care are a separate cost
