High $400s for totally updated 1's 5' 6' and 10's Mid to high $300s for totally updated 2's through 9's excluding the 5 &6 in the stack. Hope that helps. We love the Princess it has the best views and friendly people.
I'm sure there are. Contact the Princess or a real estate company. I also believe it has to be 3 months minimum for renting.
