Dogs are allowed in the park as long as they are service animals I would definitely not bring like a pitbull even though I love pitbulls and I love all dogs but it's again you would have to call and make sure but I have seen dogs in the park just make sure that you clean up after your animal if you do bring your dog.

Small dogs are ok. It's very crowded and noisy, so I don't think bringing large dogs are a good idea unless they are trained well. The beach is at the other side and run along the park. Maybe that's another option.
If they let you drink alcohol I don’t think taking your dog would be a problem lol
