Don't think so. You can go to Luna park and walk around.. get something to eat, drink..I recommend that one. You just have to pay for the rides.

You can use your New York Pass at Coney Island however there are some rides you can't go on. Enjoy four hours of unlimited rides on many of the park's attractions. Take my advice go for a day at the park. Enjoy the cylcone and the Ferris wheel. Walk the boardwalk and enjoy the best of all the freaks Coney Island has to offer.
