Basic assisted living: 3 meals a day plus snack, laundry and housekeeping is about $5k per month. Top level of three "assisted" care extras, and bottom level of three "assisted" medicine care will run you an additional $3k per month for both.
I don't know about cost, but the level of care and the caregivers are top of the line.
