This is a great assisted living. We looked at several other places and this one stood out at the most. The facilities were nice, staff was nice and most importantly the residents looked happy and well taken care of. Highly recommend

Don’t believe what they are trying to sell you. They will promise you the world and tell you everything is fine despite your constant concern and follow up for your loved ones well-being. There are so many negative things that can be said, but if you want your loved one in your life, don’t believe the hype and keep them home!!!! If I could give them less than one star I would.

My mom has been a resident of Sunrise of Randolph for a little over a year. Her care at your facility has been superb and I want to thank everyone involved. I particularly want to give a shout out to one of her aides, Sharon, who has been the most compassionate and empathetic out of everyone. It is hard to imagine that one person can have such an impact, but when Sharon walks into my mom’s room to help her, she lights up and is so delighted. This is an immense comfort to my family and makes it clear that we made the right choice in choosing Sunrise of Randolph.

My Dad moved into Sunrise at Randolph after he had a fall. The place was clean and the staff responsive and friendly. They welcomed him and his cat to their community. Several communities we looked at said they "allowed" pets but didn't seem like they really wanted them. The staff and residents at Sunrise really loved my dad's cat and were always careful that she didn't get out of his room. In 6 months, he gained back over 25 lbs that he had lost after my mom passed so I think he liked the food there. After his passing the staff were very empathetic. I would recommend Sunrise at Randolph if you are looking for a caring and clean environment for your parent or loved one.
