Why do you let a 6 month old puppy suffer from eye problems that you refuse to do surgery? I offered $500 to buy her. Told the manager I would then need to pay $800 for her surgery. The manager refused. This poor puppy lives in constant pain.

Deborah, As was explained to you on 3 different occasions, there is no eye injury or pain that this puppy is experiencing. The puppy has been examined every week upon our veterinarian's visit to the store where she has identified several eyelashes that are out of place. There is no reason for any further procedure, at this time, in that the puppy may outgrow it and that it would be inappropriate to expose such a young puppy to anesthesia to correct an eyelash that may correct itself. It seems that your visits and multiple phone calls ( 3 yesterday alone) are an attempt to harrass us into negotiating a price that you would prefer to pay. As, you know we already agreed to a discount to try to accomodate you but there is no more that we are able to do. Therefore, please stop calling our store as we will be unable to accept your call.
