As a former employee I wasn't sure I was going to write this. When I started here 7.5 yrs ago it was awesome. 5* faciility Now not so good. You really wouldn' t want to work here. Nursing administration is HORRIBLE. I have spoken to people in the industry while looking for a new job and they know cringe. They all know and it is kind of gratifying that the Adminisration is known but not in a good way.. They have a " posse" there. If you are outspoken they will get you. I have seen day nurse bully staff and actually one or 2 residents. As I started my new job I could not believe the workload is so much lighter. You walk in relaxed. No agency staff.. you actually see adnistration pop on the floor and they do not walk past call bells like at OO. So thank you for giving me the push I needed. They have a nurse there that can not read some numbers alot of the times bc of her vision so hope you do not get that 1 as your nurse.. Dangerous. And administration was aware but nothing.. You got a supervisor who only moves to eat and smoke. You have CNAs that report skin alterations but they will not get up and look. The nurse told her to tell the twound team which is not their job but it is the nurses. You do have mostly great staff that are to good for this once great place. It is not worth the sign on bonus they offer. Many places are offering. The staff where I am now is so nice to each other. Rehab staff is awesome though. And a few of employee reviews are NOT there.

Overall experience was positive. While the nurses and staff there were short handed and overworked they still remained friendly and kind. My father has been in and out of rehabilitation centers due to his poor health and this experience by far exceeded our expectations in regards to care for him. Thank You!

If you want your loved one to live do not send to this place! Worst facility we’ve ever encountered. We took our mom home from there because we seen the decline in her health and not 3 weeks later she passed. She came home with bed soars the size of my hand. My mom has been the way she is for 25 years, she has lived with us and in facilities and has never once not once had a soar and she had them all over. All her jewelry is gone and her temples where caved in and that’s from lack of nutrition! I’m just warning everyone do not go here. We will be in contact with an attorney just to get this place investigated and up to par!!!

All of the personnel from nurses to aides to helpers and cleaning people are amazing! They help you whenever they can. Some of us patients can really be a pest, but it's nice to know we have good people standing behind us. A special thanks to Lulu, Mel, and my wound nurse. All of the doctors have been really nice as well.
