You need to go to the court house for custody. Domestics handles only child support.

For Northampton County? You have to go to the Domestic Relations building, which is an address I don't have off hand, but Google will bring you there. It's a building on a street right next to the big, main courthouse in Easton. At the window, tell them what you're looking to do and they'll provide you with paperwork to fill out (real short, like check boxes). Then, they'll immediately have you sit with a conference admin who will log your reasons why you're applying for "this" reason and they'll fill out your petition. Then, you'll get a court date in the mail and you'll be put in front of a court master (likely, with the other party present as well) and you'll plea against your case in front of said master.. For the record.. I hate calling them "master" but they're NOT official judges. But, screw those treasonous pieces of human garbage.. I hate calling them "master", cause they're actual "monsters".. Yes you can, if its a signed agreement that is noterize. The only thing with this ordeal is that not saying you sr. some look at helping with expenses for the child is doing the mother or father a favor. It is not. Instead you are helping your child. You can also buy your child things clothing shoes, pay for the child lunch during the school year ect. Saving reciepts, this will also help the parent. Gas cars here and there will also helpnthe parent because atleast if the child get sick the parent who is present with the child will have a way to get around....if you can atleast do that....you should be able to see the child as well saving reciepts!
