They look at your credit score to see if you're eligible so they will run information sort of like if you were trying to buy a car. They have a discount program which is $9/month which knocks off a good portion of your original quoted price for procedures. As far as I know there's no down payment I had to pay the amount due prior to having procedures down. Please double check though just to be sure. I hope this helps.
