Is there any mountain biking?

Well there were people that were riding bike around the lake I think you can even rent mountain bikes.

Its not very mountainy but there's plenty of hills

No, not mountain bike trails at Callaway. They are all pretty much paved trails. There are some nice hills though.

They have wonderful Trails for riding your bike but not for dirt bikes

I don't think so, no. I don't remember walking or driving around any hills or anything.
