There's no plausible reason why this company should still be in business. Customer service is non-existent and the woman running the office is beyond rude.
Actually only took 3 days to get the knee scooter but, yes customer service is awful. I called twice with no response. Emailed, no response. I got a response when I called them and demanded they pick it up.
I'm sorry your experiences were not satisfactory. I fell off a roof 5 days ago and broke my left wrist and heel. Was told yesterday about 9 a.m. that I would need a platform Walker to be able to walk, about 4:30 yesterday afternoon the lady called me from the company to see about placing the order and I was self pay so have to have a credit card on file. Was able to call and pay after hours and they were here within 24hrs on New year's day! Less than 30 hrs total start to finish and only had to call them once because I didn't have access to my wallet when she called me. All in all, very happy with my experience.
