From what I read they do not. They consider it a luxury but I would check with them directly. How can it be a luxury if someone is traveling on an airplane or train? Not all travel is for pleasure. People also travel for healthcare reasons like to a specialized hospital for cancer.

Why does it take so long to respond to products ordered by clients, after approval has been received by the insurance Co.Customer service has been poorly met.

There's no plausible reason why this company should still be in business. Customer service is non-existent and the woman running the office is beyond rude.
