Why do you charge a service charge on top of dinner prices? I have called and was told I would get a call back. No call.

It's usually when there is a large party (6 or more, maybe) but be careful, we just had 2 service charges added when we were there on Sunday.

At that benihana the policy is not 6 or more .... it states more than 6. We typically tip 20% as a minimum. This particular day was our first experience at benihana and saw the bill and tipped based on the full amount. What had me pissed was the fact that I tipped 20%+ and had the service charge added.
