The VIP area is a bit cramped cause it's sort of a boxed off area. The table areas are pretty tight as well. I didn't bother to go to my seat for my last show as it would have been difficult to insert/extract myself. There's an area to the left of the stage where I've seen wheelchair folks sit. Best to give the nice JJ folks a call for accommodation.

The venue is very accessible and the staff is accommodating. You can call ahead to alert them but just as easy to show up for the concert and be fine.
She can definitely get around the venue.
