You have to call Monday thru Friday between 6am and 9am and ask to be placed on the list for the mens lottery. Then call back after 10am to check results. Its luck of the draw bro.

I believe sober and homeless. I think 8 is the end time for entry. I only volunteer on Tuesday. So I don't know all the details, sorry.
