The store manager gave me a hard time over my lawn tractor that had a bent frame from new. He them embarrassed me in the parking lot in front of other customers. I go to Home Depot now.
If your experience had to do with a unashamedly arrogant guy from the gardening and shovel department I understand and agree that my worst experience there was with him. I've no had a poor experience with anyone else there.
