You're lucky you found an employee who would actually help you. I'm from Wewahitchka and couldn't get any help before the hurricane. I haven't even tried since then.
Try giving them another chance. Most of their employees lost their homes or had family that lost their homes. You ever think that may be why they didn't seem happy just like you. Everyone is dealing with the effects of the hurricane and some days it is hard to put on a happy face. These "local guides" commenting aren't even from Panama City and shouldn't have the title by their names when they don't live in the town affected by the storm. Try to be more understanding.
