I've been calling every dept in Lowes for 30 minutes. NO ONE can answer a phone call? I am returning a call from you regarding my blinds but I guess I am not important enough to answer my call!!!!!!

You are calling during peak times. Try a different time. They are just people. Sometimes it gets VERY busy in there

The csr's in that department may be assisting other in-store customers and are not able to answer the phone. Try calling during less busy hours, like early morning.

I used to work there your best bet is to call customer service and ask for a manager in that case
