Furniture is very cheap quality. Purchased new livingroom sofas over $3000 and both have broke from very little use. I was told there is a 1 year manufacture warranty that would cover the damage within the 1st year. I’ve contacted the store and can’t get anything out of anyone. I also purchased a service warranty for 5 years I believe. I’ll try contacting the store again but for now I’m stuck with damaged furniture…

Over all great customer service in the store everyone was super helpful even when I changed my mind…the delivery guys not so much they said that they couldn’t help me get my old refrigerator out when I asked. Which I get but straight out said maybe he would for a tip. Because I guess the other guy was having a bad day. Whatever totally unprofessional and couldn’t wait for them to leave. Again the sales people are awesome perhaps the company can get better help for their movers.Very appreciative though that they came out in a Saturday. Because earlier in the week they brought the wrong one. Getting someone to go above and beyond is hard I reckon……. Update The number was of no help so I guess badcock really cares less about making things right …most likely will never buy from them again. So if anyone gets the customer service number to help resolve problems more than likely nothing will be done. But if anyone never has had a problem with them then that’s great. My experience has been less than great
