The question is, what do we do with a vehicle that was not fixed correctly twice and is endangering our lives in it's current condition. We live in the mountains.

if you get an answer id love to know also because our only experience is roughly 9k spent here since last year and im having to have a real shop completely redo eveything they have worked on and WE PAID FOR........ 10/10 would recommend a tweaker to work on future trucks versus them again

If the repairs were done on your vehicle any time in the past year or so then you are most likely still covered under warranty.
