Melvin Thomas is rude and will not honor ANYTHING on the mcdonald's app and will spit in your face while talking. If he is the manager on duty when you get there, stay far away, the absolute worst experience I've ever had at this brand new mcdonald's. And while leaving Melvin was cursing put his employees, that's not how you treat anyone.

This was a very disappointing experience. Both drive thru lanes were open, but they only took orders from 1 of the kiosks. Then I sat in line for 21 minutes before I reached the window. Once at the window neither of the workers even bothered to speak to me, or reply when I said, "Thank u, have a great day!" They seemed very disinterested and rude. The food was good and hot, but the service was terrible. Won't be back at this location.
