Believe me is better if you go to the office. I really love the place and how they take care of people but they are really bad at answering the phone. It's almost impossible to reach them. Go to the office better. The office staff is awesome.
Call, and enter the number 2 for every new prompt. There may very well have been a problem before, but that should be fixed by now. I almost always get a person now. when I use that technique.
I agree. Go to the office. You can leave a message for them to call you back but the number they call you back on..you won't recognize.
