You can go in but be prepared to present some form of verifiable/photo ID along with SS#. Laws are setup to protect you from dishonest persons who may use you name and SS# to get medical help of acquire records for other intentions.
Impossible to get them to answer the phone but otherwise they have amazing Drs and staff ..
They have issues answering their phones. If it wasn't for the Doctors or nurses there I would of found a different clinic. The front desk lady's are ABSOLUTE TRASH.
