How disappointing this place is I called many times to make my 3 yr old and appointment and they are refusing to see him he was there once in January and had to cancel the follow up due to covid I called daily to try to make my son an appointment for a cleaning and said they will not see him due to missing his appointment what a shame that a 3yr old cannot be seen how embarrassing on top of the office staff is disgusting rude!

Very inefficient!! I was out of my medication for a week. I called at 8am sharp and was sent to an answering machine. Called multiple times throughout the day over a 5 day period, leaving messages and never got a call back. Very upsetting to say the least. I am definitely looking for a new doctor's office. Langley just isn't it for me!

When you call, press option 2, 2, 2. You'll usually get someone that way. I don't use the other options because it's pointless.
It is easier to go to the office. Don't wait for someone to answer the phone.
What was the number you were calling or department you're trying to reach?
Is better to go to the office. It's really hard to reach by phone. That's the only problem with that place but I love how the treat patient.
Believe me is better if you go to the office. I really love the place and how they take care of people but they are really bad at answering the phone. It's almost impossible to reach them. Go to the office better. The office staff is awesome.
Yes the staywell and sunshine health insurance. Not all of the Medicaid plans.
Suboxone and antianxiety meds
The mammograms usually aren't free. But I do know that they offer some promotions during the breast cancer awareness time, which might be free or discounted.
I would think that they do.....
The first initial visit I believe is $25 then when they look at your income they base it off of that
Call the Sumterville office, tell them they're not answering every time you call, and have them transfer you. That's what I do.
That's the one thing I have to agree with you.
There are several offices as well as a main desk, depending on the time of day, you may have to leave a message and a callback number.
Not sure. Check out their website as it may have the answer to your question. You could just give them a call too.
You can go in but be prepared to present some form of verifiable/photo ID along with SS#. Laws are setup to protect you from dishonest persons who may use you name and SS# to get medical help of acquire records for other intentions.
Exactly what Naomi Corey said. Go to location or call them for more details.
They took my state medicaod

Yes. If you need to see the doctor sooner you have to call early and you might get an appointment for the next day. It's very, very difficult to get through the phone. If you have insurance, I don't recommend it.
They are income based sliding scale. There is a packet you can get from front lobby to fill out. I know there is a little wait on dental appointments.
I don't think they do "pro-bono" services. They have a sliding scale there and without insurance, the lowest you'd be responsible for is $25 for your visit.
Huh?
