I have an La Cie external hard drive that will not turn on with a power source. Can Alliance diagnose the problem and help to recover the files?

They have worked on a handful of our devices including recovering data and have done excellent work. I would highly recommend them

I would think so...they recovered all the data from our laptop's internal hard drive that was malfunctioning and replaced the hard drive...
