Nothing but positive customer service experiences after multiple visits (over a few years). Problems always resolved. Unfortunately, the latest problem was unable to be definitely resolved. I appreciated their candor. Recommended I call manufacturer at this point.

You aren't a very gamer oriented computer shop but you have a few things and from what I heard you can order whatever you want. Very business oriented. An associate was building a rig as I walked in and he was knowledgeable about GPU's and CPU's.

Thank you for contacting us. At the moment we can take any computers or computer related hardware including towers, laptops, hard drives, keyboards, mice, toners, etc.. Currently we are not accepting tube style CRT monitors or TVs. There is no limit to the amount, but if you believe you will have a large load, say a small van size, please let us know ahead of time. Otherwise, you do not need any appointment to drop it off. You can simply drop it off during our business hours. If you have any further questions, please let us know. Thank you.
They have worked on a handful of our devices including recovering data and have done excellent work. I would highly recommend them
