I had this problem too, but it is only on their mobile website. If you use a laptop or desktop, there’s a link to create a new account.
If you have used our website in the past, click on "my account" and there is a place for existing customers to log-in and place an order. If you are new to our website, click on "my account" and you can sign-up. You could also call our office to place an order.
