This is another gem I have been going to since I was a kid. It's still amazing, it still has the charm and the food is great! The prices are great! The ice cream is great! The staff is great! My favorite ice cream there is the Lemon. I buy a gallon to take home. Fabulous!

I've grown up living in Adamstown, and Boehringer's was our (fast food) back in the early 80's. It is a small hometown feel, and most everyone knows someone when you go there. I know the owners, because my dad was friend with them, as I was growing up there. I Love going back for that nostalgic feel that you get, and wonderful childhood memories come flooding back every time I go there. I Love their homemade ice cream, their California Cheeseburgers, and Fries. They're very courteous and friendly, and this place is ALWAYS packed no matter the time of day! That, right there, should tell you a lot!! I would give this place a million stars! When I had my own child, I took him there, and he grew up going there too!! Love, Love, Love it!! So many memories, good times and amazing food & staff! ☺️💜

Ice cream is 5 stars. Food is 2.5 stars. The seating area outside is really nice and the creek behind the building is great for the kids to play in. It's usually super busy on weekends when we go but I imagine not so bad on weekdays.

This is the quintessential Americana throwback roadside ice cream stand. They have burgers dogs and fries and then everything ice cream from just a cone to milkshakes to sundaes with all the toppings! It can get busy but it's worth the wait. Just grab a table outside by the stream and they call when your order is ready. Everything is good!!! But my most favorite is the chocolate butter fudge ice cream!!! It sounds so decadent but it is the lightest tastiest chocolate ice cream you will eat!!
