Is there a way to call and see if someone has checked in at a certain point in the day for extended stay? Asking for a friend who was released from a hospital and transported there

Yes. They do have a front desk.

You will not be given info on a guest. I worked there. There would have to be extenuating circumstances and he would have had to have given advance consent and it has to be in the system; even then, the person you reach immediately may not be able to see that and therefore may not be able to give you any information.
